Returns & Exchanges

•We do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

•Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

1.Severe Damage During Shipping (Silver Jewelry Only):

•If your item arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund for the product (this excludes packaging like wood boxes).

•An unboxing video of the package is mandatory to claim the refund. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

2.Defective or Incorrect Items:

•If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we’ll make it right by offering a refund or sending the correct item.

•For incorrect items, you’ll need to share photos/videos of the package, item, and invoice for verification. It is mandatory to return the incorrect item within 7 days.

•Once verified, refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and credited to your account within 10-12 working days.

 

Important Notes

•Ensure you provide an accurate ring size, as our rings are fixed-sized. Use our size guide or apps like Ring Sizer for assistance.

•Refer to our Size Guide Highlights to confirm your measurements before placing an order.

 

Damages & Issues

 

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at shopzyrene@outlook.com. Providing the necessary details will help us evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
